Maximum pressure reaches 1 x 10-6 mBar
Vacuum is reached through 2 diffusion pumps accompanied by Vane and a Roots pump (for more efficiency) with combined pumping speed of 4000 L/s (H2);
Freedom to create what you need
Stainless steel vacuum facility has 2-layer walls (enshrouded by a thermal layer), enabling heating and cooling features, allowing for controlled test environment
A different range of flange sizes (100-500 mm) is available on the vacuum chamber, ensuring easy and flexible integration of diverse experimental setups.
